“We strive to design accessible web sites”
Accessibility
Our accessible web sites have re-sizeable text, keyboard shortcuts and printer friendly design.
Change font size
This can normally be adjusted through the preferences in the View menu.
In Windows Explorer you can do this by holding down the Control Key simultaneously as you use the Mouse Scroll Wheel.
Keyboard Shortcuts
Keyboard Shortcuts are available for the menus by holding down the Alt key (Windows) + “an access key” or the Control key (Mac) + “an access key”.
The access key is normally the first letter in the menu item in the top menu and a number in the side bar menu, starting with one from the top.
Printer Friendly pages
All pages are designed to be printer friendly - just the logo and the page content will appear on any printouts you make.
Additional accessibility statement
- Wherever possible, we use live text instead of graphics to reduce the download time of pages and increase your control.
- No information is exclusively conveyed using colour.
- Our pages are designed so that they are without horizontal scrollbars when they are viewed at a screen resolution of 800 x 600 pixels.
- All images, where appropriate, have an alternative text attribute.
